Moving Day

Murphy's Law of Moving (According to the Queen of Random Thoughts):

  • Even if it hasn't rained in three months it will probably rain on the day you want to move.

  • Even if gas prices have been dropping in the last month and a half, they will probably spike on moving day when you have to drive a gas guzzling moving truck across town.

  • Even if the temperatures have been very mild for this time of year, a heat wave will probably strike on moving day. (This happened to my sister, she moved to Montana from Texas and the entire drive up there the temps were in the 90s which NEVER happens, now, a couple months later, the temps are in the upper 30s) .

  • Even if you try really hard to label everything that is fragile, something is bound to get broken.
Can you think of any other Murphy's Laws of Moving? Please post them.

Hopefully more random thoughts later...
